Templates (Organization Configuration)
Templates in Axvero help standardize documents and communications across your organization. There are two main types of templates you can configure as an admin:
Document Templates
Document templates are reusable files or forms (e.g., affidavits, consent forms, worksheets) that can be attached to document requirements in applications.
- Purpose: Ensure consistency and compliance for required documents.
- How to Use:
- Admins upload and manage templates for each document type in Document Management.
- Team members can select and attach these templates when adding documents to applications.
- Templates can be updated or versioned as requirements change.
- Examples:
- Standard income verification form
- Tax declaration worksheet
- Consent letter template
Mail Templates
Mail templates are pre-defined email or message formats used for automated or manual communications with axvero users.
- Purpose: Streamline and standardize communication (e.g., invitations, reminders, notifications).
- How to Use:
- Admins create and manage mail templates for different scenarios (e.g., application invitation, missing document reminder, approval notification).
- Templates can include variables/placeholders (e.g., applicant name, application link, due date) that are auto-filled when sending.
- Used in both automated workflows and manual communications.
- Examples:
- Application invitation email
- Reminder for missing documents
- Application approval or rejection notice
User Type-Specific Templates
- Team member invitations: Professional onboarding with system access details
- Organization invitations: Professional collaboration terms and portal access

Application Templates v2.0
Application templates are pre-configured blueprints for common application scenarios (e.g., standard loan, tax filing, onboarding). They help streamline repetitive or complex application creation.
- Purpose: Standardize and accelerate the creation of new applications with predefined team members, roles, required documents, and workflow steps.
- How to Use:
- Admins create and manage application templates in the configuration area.
- Application templates can include default document and mail templates, prefilled values, and workflow settings.
- Team members select an application template when starting a new application, and can customize as needed.
- Examples:
- Standard loan application template (with default team members, documents, and mail templates)
- Tax filing application template
- New client onboarding template
Other Template Types v2.0
- Task/Checklist Templates: For recurring tasks or compliance checklists within applications.
- **Notification Templates:
- bc** For in-app or push notific gitlations (distinct from mail templates).
- Workflow Templates: For reusable approval or review flows.
- Report Templates: For generating standardized reports or exports.
Grouping Templates by Applicants
Templates in Axvero can also be grouped and assigned to specific applicant types. This allows organizations to ensure that only relevant templates are available for each applicant scenario.
- Purpose: Streamline the selection and management of templates by linking them to applicant types (e.g., employee, pensioner, self-employed).
- How to Use:
- Admins can assign templates to one or more applicant types during template creation or editing.
- When creating or processing an application, only templates relevant to the applicant type will be shown for selection.
- Examples:
- Employee-specific income verification form
- Pensioner-specific pension statement template
- Self-employed profit & loss worksheet
This feature helps organizations maintain compliance and relevance in documentation workflows, reducing errors and improving user experience.

- Use clear, professional, and concise language in all templates.
- Regularly review and update templates to reflect regulatory and business changes.
