Setting Up Your Organization

Creating an organization

  1. Sign in to AMS
  2. From your personal workspace, go to Organizations
  3. Click New Organization — fill in name, profile details
  4. You are automatically set as OWNER

On creation, the system automatically creates:

  • A default organization workspace (with a matching public profile)
  • A default team and a clients team
  • You are added as OWNER member of the default team

Organization settings

In Settings (org workspace):

Managing workspaces

An organization can have multiple workspaces. Go to Workspaces to:

  • View all workspaces for the org
  • Edit workspace details (name, description, logo)
  • Manage each workspace's public profile (the client-facing view)

Public org profile

Each workspace has a public profile visible to clients. It can be:

  • Synced — automatically mirrors the private org profile (default)
  • Unsynced — managed independently (useful for per-workspace branding)

Use Sync to reset to a mirror of the private profile, or Edit to customize it independently.

Inviting team members

Go to User ManagementUsers & Invitations:

  1. Click Invite User — enter email and assign a role
  2. The user receives an email invitation
  3. On acceptance they join the default team with the assigned role

Managing teams

Go to User ManagementTeams:

  • Create additional teams for different groups (e.g. "Underwriting Team", "Review Team")
  • Each team has its own member list and invitations
  • Applications are associated at the workspace level; teams organize the people

Inviting clients

Go to ClientsClient Invitations:

  1. Click Invite Client — enter client email
  2. Client receives invitation email, creates their account
  3. Client sets up their public profile and shares it with your org
  4. Client appears in your Clients list with status ACTIVE

Once a client is active, you can add them as applicants on applications.
