Organization Registration

Get your organization up and running on Axvero in under 2 minutes. Our streamlined registration process gets you started immediately, with detailed configuration available when you need it.

Quick Start Registration

Step 1: Create Your Organization (30 seconds)

Choose your preferred registration method below. The registering user will become the organization’s primary administrator and can manage all settings and users.

Option A: Sign up with Google

  1. Click "Sign up with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. Select your industry from the dropdown
  5. Click "Create Organization"

You're done! Your organization is immediately active. (No separate email verification is required; Google authentication is used.)

Option B: Sign up with Microsoft

  1. Click "Sign up with Microsoft"
  2. Authenticate with your Microsoft account
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. Select your industry from the dropdown
  5. Click "Create Organization"

You're done! Your organization is immediately active. (No separate email verification is required; Microsoft authentication is used.)

Option C: Email & Password Registration

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Create a password (minimum 8 characters)
  3. Enter your organization name
  4. Select your industry from the dropdown
  5. Click "Create Organization"
  6. Verify your email (check your inbox for a verification link)

Once email is verified, your organization is immediately active.

Required Information (Minimal)

  • Organization Name: What should we call your organization?
  • Industry: Select from a predefined list (see below)
  • Admin Email: The registering user’s email address (becomes the primary administrator)

That's it! No documents, no lengthy forms, no waiting for approval.

Common Fast Onboarding Questions

"Can I change my organization name later?"

Yes, organization names can be updated anytime in Settings → Organization Profile.

"What if I choose the wrong industry?"

Industry can be changed anytime. It's only used for default templates and suggestions.

"Do I need documents to start using the system?"

No documents are required to start. Upload them later when needed for compliance.

"Can I invite team members immediately?"

Yes, invite team members immediately after registration. They'll get full access based on assigned roles.

"What happens after the 30-day trial?"

You'll receive notifications starting at day 21. Simply add billing information to continue service. If billing is not added, access is suspended but your data is retained for a grace period.

"Can I use custom domains immediately?"

Custom domains require verification and are available after initial setup. Default domains work immediately. Custom domains may require admin approval or verification.
