User Registration

Axvero supports multiple authentication options for users to access their accounts securely.

Available Authentication Methods

  • Email and Password:
    • Standard login using the email and password set during registration or invitation acceptance.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO):
    • If enabled in Axvero, you may log in using SSO providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft).

Registration Pathways

Users are independent in Axvero and are not tied to a single organization. They do not require approval to register on the portal.

Users can access the portal in two ways:

  1. Via Invitation:
    • Accept an invitation sent by the organization or agent, then complete registration.
    • When an organization creates an application for a user, the user is automatically granted permission to access that application.
  2. Direct Registration:
    • Register directly on the portal without an invitation. You can later be invited to access specific applications created by organizations.

Note: Users are always given access to applications created for them by organizations. No additional approval is required for users to access their own applications.

Both methods provide secure access to your applications and documents.
