Axvero provides clear and real-time visibility into the status of each application, helping users track progress and understand what actions are needed at every stage.
Status Tracking
- Status Overview:
- Each application displays its current status (e.g., Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Awaiting Documents, Approved, Rejected, Completed, Withdrawn).
- Statuses are updated automatically as the application moves through the workflow.
- Status Timeline:
- View a timeline or history of status changes, including timestamps and who performed each action.
- Notifications:
- Receive alerts when your application status changes or when action is required (e.g., upload documents, respond to queries).
- Actionable Statuses:
- Some statuses may require you to take action (e.g., "Awaiting Documents" or "Needs More Information"). These will be highlighted in your dashboard.
Visibility and Transparency
- Dashboard View:
- All your applications and their statuses are visible in your main dashboard for quick access.
- Detailed Status Page:
- Click on any application to see detailed status, outstanding tasks, and next steps.
- Status Explanations:
- Each status includes a brief explanation so you know what it means and what to do next.
