Application Status

Axvero provides clear and real-time visibility into the status of each application, helping users track progress and understand what actions are needed at every stage.

Status Tracking

  • Status Overview:
    • Each application displays its current status (e.g., Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Awaiting Documents, Approved, Rejected, Completed, Withdrawn).
    • Statuses are updated automatically as the application moves through the workflow.
  • Status Timeline:
    • View a timeline or history of status changes, including timestamps and who performed each action.
  • Notifications:
    • Receive alerts when your application status changes or when action is required (e.g., upload documents, respond to queries).
  • Actionable Statuses:
    • Some statuses may require you to take action (e.g., "Awaiting Documents" or "Needs More Information"). These will be highlighted in your dashboard.
