Invitation Acceptance

When an organization invites a user to join Axvero or initiates an application for them, the user will receive an invitation email. This invitation may also include partner users (such as co-applicants, guarantors, or related parties) if applicable.

Accepting an Invitation

User may receive an invitation in two scenarios:

User Already Has an Axvero Account

  • Access the Invitation:
    • Click the invitation link in the email (you may be prompted to log in if not already).
    • Alternatively, log in to the Axvero portal, go to Pending Invitations in your dashboard, and select the relevant invitation.
  • Review and Update Details:
    • View the invitation details and the organization/application information.
    • Update your first name, last name, and create or accept a suggested profile name.
    • Update any other required details.
  • Profile Selection:
    • Choose to create a new profile for this organization/application, or
    • Select an existing profile to share with the inviting organization (if you have multiple profiles).
  • Accept the Invitation:
    • Confirm your selection and accept the invitation.
    • Your chosen profile is now linked to the organization/application, and you can proceed to manage your application, upload documents, and communicate as needed.

User Does Not Have an Axvero Account

  • Access the Invitation:
    • Click the invitation link in the email to open the registration page.
  • Register an Account:
    • Complete the registration form, set a password, and accept the terms of service.
  • Invitation Acceptance Flow:
    • After registration, you are automatically directed to the invitation acceptance page.
    • Review the invitation details and update your information as needed.
    • Create a profile name (a default may be suggested).
    • Accept the invitation to create and link your profile to the organization/application.
  • Next Steps:
    • Once accepted, you can log in to the portal, manage your application, upload documents, and communicate with your organization or agent.

Note: Only the primary applicant must accept the invitation to access and manage the application. Other applicants (e.g., partners, guarantors) may be invited as needed, but their registration is optional unless required by the organization.
