Applicant Types
In Axvero, an applicant is any client—individual or organization—who can participate in one or more applications. Understanding applicant types is essential for accurate data entry, compliance, and workflow management.
Overview
- Applicants are system-wide entities: They can participate in multiple applications and have different roles in each (e.g., primary applicant, guarantor, business partner).
- Role assignment is per-application: The same applicant may be a primary applicant in one application and a related party in another.
- Invitation-based access: Only the primary applicant is invited and must accept to grant access. Related parties are managed by the primary applicant and can be invited for access if needed.
