Applications Management Overview
The Applications module in Axvero is a comprehensive system for managing all types of client applications—such as tax, financial, and payroll services. It streamlines the entire lifecycle from applicant onboarding to submission, tracking, and completion, supporting both individual and corporate clients. This workflow applies to both organization users and agents.
What You Can Do
- Create, submit, and track applications for a variety of services (tax, payroll, financial, etc.).
- Add new applicants by invitation (see Inviting Applicant).
- Assign roles and types to applicants (see Applicant Types).
- Attach, manage, and validate required documents (see Adding Documents).
- Submit applications and manage post-submission actions (see Application Management & Submission).
- Update applicant data and maintain compliance (see Updating Applicant Data).
How Applications Work in Axvero
- Applications represent formal requests for services and are linked to one or more applicants (clients).
- Applicants can be individuals or organizations and can play different roles in different applications.
- Application Types include tax filings, payroll, financial statements, and more. Each type has its own requirements and workflow.
- Document Management is integrated, allowing you to select, create, and assign documents as needed.
- Status Tracking and notifications keep you informed throughout the process.
Application Lifecycle
- Preparation: Identify the application type, gather requirements, and set deadlines.
- Creation: Add/invite applicants, enter details, and attach documents (see guide).
- Review & Submission: Validate all information and submit the application (see guide).
- Processing: Track status, respond to requests, and manage communications.
- Completion: Archive, report, and update records.
