Application Creation
In Axvero, an Application is the central entity that represents a client’s (applicant’s) request for a service—such as a loan underwriting or a yearly tax filing. The entire Axvero workflow revolves around the creation, management, and completion of these applications. Applications can involve one or more applicants, each with a specific role (e.g., primary applicant, co-applicant, guarantor, spouse, child).
Application Creation Steps
Choose Application Type
Select the type of application you want to create (e.g., Loan, Tax, Insurance). The process and requirements may differ based on the selected type. For details on available types and their requirements, see Application Types.
To Whom
When creating an application, you must specify the recipient or target entity. The initiator can be a user, an organization, or an external organization. The flow for each is as follows:
-
If the User is creating the application:
- The user must select the organization for whom the application is being created. If the organization is not in the user's list, the user can invite a new organization by entering its email address. The invited organization must accept the invitation to be added to the list.
-
If Organization is creating the application:
- The organization must select the primary user (primary applicant) from the list of users. If the desired user is not listed, the organization can send an invitation to the user. The invited user must accept the invitation to proceed. (See related documentation for details on inviting users.)
-
If External Organization is creating the application:
- An organization can create an application on behalf of another organization. The external organization must be in the list, or you can invite them by email. The external organization must accept the invitation before you can proceed. Once accepted, you can select the primary user from the external organization or invite them if not listed.
Applicant Selection or Creation
See Inviting Applicant for the full process and technical notes on adding, inviting, or sharing applicants.
- Choose a primary applicant from the list of existing applicants.
- If the primary applicant is not listed, follow the invitation process described in the Inviting Users page to add them.
- Depending on the application type, you may be able to add multiple applicants (e.g., co-applicants, guarantors, business partners). The maximum number of applicants allowed will depend on the specific application requirements.
- For each additional applicant, select from the existing list or invite new applicants if they do not exist in the system.
- Ensure all required applicant roles are filled before proceeding to the next step.
