Workflow Automation for Status Changes

Axvero enables organizations to automate backend processes before and after every application status change. In Organization Settings, technical users can:

  • Define Triggers: Specify which status changes (from/to) should trigger automation.
  • Choose Timing: Set actions to run before or after the status update.
  • Configure Actions: Send notifications, call APIs, update records, or execute custom scripts.
  • Set Conditions: Apply rules only when specific criteria are met (e.g., application type, priority).

Configuration is done using structured forms or direct JSON/YAML input for flexibility and rapid prototyping. For configuration examples, see Workflow API Integration.

This approach allows technical users to quickly set up and test automation workflows. A visual builder can be added in future versions if needed for non-technical users.
