Organization Branding
Customize your organization's appearance across the Axvero platform to maintain brand consistency and provide a professional experience for your clients and team members.
Note: Only administrators can update organization branding. Branding changes are visible to all users and clients.
Overview
Organization branding allows you to personalize the Axvero platform with your company's visual identity. This includes logos, colors, email templates, and client-facing portal customization to ensure a seamless brand experience.
Branding is divided into:
- Basic Branding: Logo, primary color, and email template header/footer (available to all plans)
- Advanced Branding: Full color scheme, multiple logo variants, portal customization, white-labeling, and advanced asset management (available on select or enterprise plans)
Basic Branding
Organization Logo
Upload and manage your organization's logo for consistent branding across the platform.
Logo Requirements
- File formats: PNG, JPG, SVG (recommended)
- Maximum file size: 2MB
- Recommended dimensions: 200x60 pixels (landscape) or 100x100 pixels (square)
- Background: Transparent background recommended for PNG/SVG files
- Resolution: High-resolution for crisp display on all devices
Where Your Logo Appears:
- System header (top navigation bar)
- Email signatures (system-generated emails)
- PDF documents (header of generated reports and documents)
- Login page (organization-specific login pages)
Upload Process
- Go to Settings → Organization → Branding
- Click "Upload Logo"
- Select your image file
- Preview the logo placement
- Click "Save Changes"
Basic Color Customization
Primary Color
Set your organization's primary brand color to customize navigation, buttons, links, and accent elements.
Color Selection
- Navigate to Settings → Organization → Branding
- Click on the "Primary Color" selector
- Choose from color palette or enter hex code
- Preview changes in real-time
