Applications Search Filters
Axvero provides dynamic search filters for applications, tailored to your role and the types of applications you manage. This ensures you see only the most relevant filters, making it easier to find and manage applications.
Role-Based Filters
- Administrators:
- Access all available filters, including organization, status, type, assigned agent, and custom fields.
- Organization Members:
- View filters related to their organization, such as application type, status, and shared custom filters.
Application Context
- User-Specific Filters:
- Filters are shown based on the applications you handle (e.g., only show 'Financial Risk' if you manage such applications).
- Organization Shared Filters:
- Organizations can define shared filters (e.g., 'Urgent', 'Pending Review') that appear for all their members.
How Filters Work
