Application Management & Submission
This guide explains how to submit an application in Axvero, what happens at submission, and how to manage applications after submission. This workflow applies to both organization users and agents.
What You Can Do
- Submit a completed application for review and processing.
- Track the status and required actions for each application.
- Manage post-submission actions (edit, withdraw, resubmit, etc. as permitted).
Submitting an Application

Review All Data and Documents
- Ensure all required fields and documents are complete and accurate.
- Use the application review screen to check for missing or invalid information.

Submit the Application
- Click "Submit Application" on the review screen.
- The system will validate all data and documents.
- If any required information is missing, you will be prompted to correct it.
- Confirm submission. You may be required to accept terms and conditions.

System Processing
- The application is assigned a unique ID and status (e.g., "Submitted", "Under Review").
- An audit log entry is created for compliance.
- Notifications are sent to the primary applicant, related parties (if applicable), and assigned team members.
After Submission: What Happens Next?
- The application is locked for editing unless your organization allows post-submission changes.
- Both the primary applicant and the organization will be notified of the application submission via email. The email will contain a secure link to open and view the application.
- You can track the status, required actions, and communications in the application dashboard.
- If permitted, you may be able to:
- Edit or update certain fields (with audit trail)
- Upload additional documents if requested
- Withdraw or resubmit the application (subject to organization policy)
- All actions are logged for compliance and auditability.
